No Counterfeit or Illegal Properties

All property listings must be legitimate and comply with Bangladeshi property laws. Fake property documents or illegal constructions are strictly prohibited.

  • Properties without proper documentation
  • Illegal constructions or encroachments
  • Properties involved in legal disputes (without disclosure)
  • Fraudulent ownership claims
Prohibited Content

Listings containing inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content will be immediately removed. This includes:

Adult content or services
Illegal substances or activities
Gambling-related content
Hate speech or discrimination

Avoid:
  • FOR SALE!!! BEST DEAL!!! (too promotional)

Ad Description Standards

Provide detailed, accurate information about the property. Be transparent and comprehensive.

Do:
  • Describe property features accurately
  • Include room dimensions and amenities
  • Mention location advantages
  • Specify property condition and age
  • Use English or Bengali language only
Don't:
  • Use keyword stuffing for search results
  • Link to other classified websites
  • Include false or misleading information
  • Use excessive promotional language
  • Post contact information in description

Set clear and reasonable prices for your properties

Mandatory Pricing

All property listings must include a clear asking price. "Contact for price" or "Price on request" listings are not allowed.

Pricing Tips:
  • Research similar properties in the area
  • Consider property condition and features
  • Be realistic about market value
  • Specify if price is negotiable
Price Accuracy

List the actual price you expect to receive. Do not list artificially low prices to attract attention.

Create only one listing per property. Multiple ads for the same property or posting the same property under different accounts is strictly prohibited.
